Barra Fishing Day Tours

imgp1481-800x532 Within an easy drive from Darwin we are lucky to be presented with many options for a days Barra Fishing.

Depending on the time of year and the fishing conditions at the time we fish a variety of locations all with the aim of putting you onto a Barra and having a great experience.

February to late April

We fish the Run Off at Shady Camp or the Adelaide River

Once accessible, usually from late April we then fish the billabong’s, our favorite being Corroboree Billabong but we will also from time to time fish Shady Fresh, the Mary River Bridge Lagoon & Hardies Lagoon.

  • Transfers in air-conditioned 4wd
  • All fishing gear supplied on a replace if lost or damaged basis

What to Bring

  • Wide brimmed hat
  • Cool light clothing, Long sleeves and pants are recommended
  • Polarized sunglasses
  • 30+ sunscreen
  • Camera/Video Camera with plenty of film
  • Insect repellent

You will be collected from your Darwin accommodation before sunrise and transferred to the fishing location for the day in an air-conditioned late model 4wd.

Minimum numbers

Minimum of two is required. Larger groups can be catered for.
